I’m used to saying yes then figuring out how to do it. But what I need practice in is reading or taking on board the details.
Tonight I rocked up to shadow a lovely champion for @timetochangewales as part of my induction. Bit I hadn’t really spotted it was for Merched Y Wawr (all welsh).
I know my story so that wasn’t a problem. But when I start having to think and speak in Welsh, I lose the most basic of words! Never mind all the big words and mutations… It was brief but the message was the same. Lets put an end to stigma and discrimination of mental health.
I am lucky to be part of a bigger campaign with TTTC and had a warm welcome from Merched Y Wawr Gorseinon, thank you
