I’ve been talking to a number of organisations that have had to change practice from office-based to work from home. There are advantages and disadvantages to both working practices. We are eight months into work from home and the challenges are now becoming evident. As a lot of companies have this year been forced to switch to home-based working, they are seeing a rise in staff needing support for their mental health and wellbeing.
